Our workshops are instructionally sound, designed and developed with more than twenty years of experience in event marketing, sales and training. But, unlike traditional training that is predominantly lecture-based, our programs incorporate a number of different instructional styles:

Small group learning: Participants work together, drawing from each other's experience and knowledge, to apply new skills and techniques to the real-life business challenges they face today.

Experiential learning: Hands-on experience applying new skills to existing, relevant situations is a powerful way to value and master new skills and techniques. The Hill Group takes the time to integrate our training with your business situations, producing scenarios that are significant for participants.

Visual based learning: Clever visual aides are used to introduce, reinforce, and summarize key points of the training. People remember simple, concise material that produces a positive emotional response. In our case, this is either a chuckle or an acknowledgment of understanding.

Humor based learning: Our training is delivered in a combination of styles that uses humor, human props (role-playing with your people), silly props (hats, wigs, magic, etc.), and clever visual aides (slides with a message). Your people will remember, and more importantly be able to utilize, the knowledge and skills our trainers present.
