Matthew Hill
As President of The Hill Group, Matt
has been providing sales and marketing productivity
solutions to his clients for over 25 years. He is an
experienced sales and marketing consultant, trainer,
facilitator, and speaker. He has presented his "Trade
Show Selling Skills Workshop" to over 45,000 people
around the world. Matt has published three books: his
new eBook: “The Top 99 Tips to Trade Show Success,
“Trade Show Survival Guide” – 7,000
in print, and “Do It Right In Front of an Audience”.
Prior to founding The Hill Group, Matt was a marketing
executive at Xerox Corporation in the Engineering and
Graphic Products division for four years. Other responsibilities
at Xerox included training his team in strategic planning
and problem solving. His career in sales spans over
20 years and includes managing a four million dollar,
250 person retail merchandise operation. Matt holds
a B.A. degree in psychology from California State University,
Northridge.

Mom®, is President of Trade Show Consulting. She
provides both exhibitors and exhibition management

strategic planning to maximize the impact of corporate
event marketing. A highly-rated industry speaker,

Philip Roybal
Phil has been delivering the The Hill Group’s
Trade Show Selling Skills Workshop for over 12 years.
Phil's presentation style is dynamic, interactive,
and personable. Phil is the founder of Roybal Associates,
a consulting firm specializing in the communication
of ideas through presentations and trade shows. Prior
to starting Roybal Associates, he built and managed
the first marketing groups at Apple Computer. Phil
has worked in engineering, sales, and marketing management
at Varian Data Machines, National Semiconductor, and
Hewlett-Packard. He holds a B.S.E.E. in computer systems
from the University of California at Berkeley.

Obermayer
Jim Obermayer is a principal in Sales Leakage Consulting,
Inc., an Orange County, California based sales and
marketing strategy consulting firm. Prior to founding
Sales Leakage Consulting, Inc., Jim served in various
corporate positions as VP of Sales and Marketing,
VP and Operations Manager, Director of Marketing,
and Marketing Communications Manager. In 2007 Obermayer
founded the Sales Lead Management Association, a virtual
association with the primary mission of helping companies
become more successful in the critical business process
of Managing Sales Leads.

1981. Since then, she has worked at several hundred shows
in many different capacities, as a trainer, presenter
and coach. She has the ability to pass her enthusiasm
and knowledge along to even the most skeptical audiences.
Lynn works regularly as a presenter in the trade show
arena for many Fortune 500 companies. She also works for
corporations such as Coca Cola, training and leading their
staff through team building workshops. Previously, Lynn
worked for ten years with the National Criminal Defense
College, coaching lawyers on their presentation skills.
She is also a free lance copy writer, specializing in
commercial, radio and corporate industrial copy; as well
as writing copy for web pages. |

Richard
Laible (Trainer & Coach) has been training
and coaching professionally for over 12 years. His unique
communication skills have enabled him to work with many
of the Fortune 100 companies at their most important trade
shows and events. Richard understands the key elements
that make trade shows and presentations work effectively.
And he can get even the toughest audiences to listen and
learn from his training. He has written and directed live
presentations and staged events for trade shows, industrial
videos, business meetings, and educational and corporate
entertainment. Richard is also a professional performer
having been a member of the famed Second City improvisational
company. He has also appeared as the principal actor in
many commercials and dozens of live industrials. Richard

Phil Hummel (Coach) is an accomplished presenter
and information systems consultant. His company, Hummel
Consulting, is based in San Jose, California. Some of
Phil's clients include Cisco Systems, EPRI (Electric Power
Research Institute), Southern California Edison, and Aptec
Engineering. Phil speaks at several major energy and information
systems conferences annually. He has received several
speaking awards including the Outstanding Speaker Award
from the Association of Energy Services Professionals.
In his career, Phil has been involved in the design and
development of over 30 software programs. He is an accomplished
focus group facilitator and has trained presenters across
the country. Phil has an MA in Economics and B.S. in Physics,
both from Ohio University.

| Cecilee Swanda (Coach) is a seasoned trainer
and manager with expertise in developing and implementing
knowledge transfer programs, both domestically and internationally.
Her career has focused on performance improvement through
knowledge transfer programs. Specifically, Cecilee has:

programs that decreased time spent for new sales employees
