Matt Hill has been a professional speaker and trainer since 1983. He specializes in making his audiences more effective with their face-to-face interpersonal skills. He has delivered his programs to over 60,000 people worldwide. His company, The Hill Group, is focused in three areas: Training corporate personnel to work in their own trade show booth (Exhibit Staff Training Workshop); training presenters (Presenter Development Workshop); and helping managers work with their younger employees (Managing the Millennial Generation).

She’s well-known in the trade show industry and is affectionately known as “The Booth Mom®” for spoiling her clients and mentoring exhibit rookies. An industry veteran of 22+ years and 425+ trade shows and events, she’s an independent exhibit and event project manager and consultant, Exhibitor Show and FastTrak faculty member, award-winning monthly columnist of over 300 articles in “Exhibiting 101” in EXHIBITOR magazine, humorous exhibit-staff trainer/coach with The Hill Group, freelance writer/blogger, industry speaker/storyteller and mentor/“Mom” to rookie exhibit managers.
Roybal AssociatesPhil has been delivering training for the The Hill Group for over 20 years, working with such high-profile clients as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Intel. His presentation style is dynamic, interactive, and personable. Phil founded Roybal Associates, a consulting firm specializing in the communication of ideas through presentations and trade shows. Prior to that, he built and managed the first marketing groups at Apple, as well as their technical support, training, editorial services, and community affairs departments. Later, he developed leadership-training programs for Apple University. Phil has worked in sales and marketing at Varian, National Semiconductor, and Hewlett-Packard. He holds a B.S.E.E. in computer systems from the University of California at Berkeley. He is currently the Marketing V.P. for CollegeOnTrack, an SaaS education software company.

President, Sales Leakage ConsultingJim is the founder and CEO of the word-wide, 5,500 member Sales Lead Management Association. He is also a principal in Sales Leakage Consulting, Inc., an Orange County, California based sales and marketing strategy consulting firm. Jim has served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales at an enterprise software company (Stac) an internet services company (Internet Products), Senior Vice President for two industry-leading inquiry management firms (IHS and AdTrack Corporation), and Vice President of Marketing for a medical device manufacturer (Brentwood Medical Products). He has also been Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a direct marketing agency (Kern Direct).
Owner, Grid GatewayScott McDonald has been a high technology salesperson for over 30 years. For the past 10 years he has specialized in distributed and cloud computing solutions. Scott is a high-relationship salesperson and his clients continue to work with for decades. Scott’s current position is as founder of his Grid Gateway. Previously, he has worked for Sun Microsystems, Gridware, Solbourne Computer, and Hamilton-Avnet.
Cecilee has worked with The Hill Group for over 20 years, delivering Exhibit Staff Training Workshops and Presenter Development Workshops for companies that include Intel, HP, Astellas Pharma, and many others. She specializes in communicating sales skills and technical information in an understandable way to audiences ranging from one person – to 1000 people . While managing training at Bay Networks and Borland Software, Cecilee’s teams created and delivered training programs including self-paced, instructor led, worldwide live broadcasts, rigorous on-boarding programs, industry recognized Certification programs, and multiple field sales enablement tools.
Managing Member, Yosemite Capital LLCTom Malgesini had a distinguished sales and training career for over 25 years. Most notably with Cadence Design Systems where he was VP of European sales. Tom then took a Director of Training position with Cadence for four more years. Prior to Cadence, Tom was Director of Sales at Catalyst Semiconductor and he began his sales career at Intel. Currently, Tom is principal and founder of Yosemite Capital LLC.
