Matt, thanks for your help as well! The way you worked S*** M******
(Finance-type, initially very resistant) -pure genius! The feedback
on the training was (always is) great. You The Hill Group delivered a superb presentation skills course specifically
tailored to the needs of our internal clientele. The content was
addressed in a way that was easy to adapt to real world situations--exactly
the level of training needed for interacting 1:1 with our customers
in the fast paced trade show environment. It's always such fun to work with you and see your dynamics with
our group. Even the "bad boys" are coming along, which
I think proves the value of our continued use of the Hill Group.
My two favorite moments at NFOEC were 1) when the guys were laughing
at Matt's video (I wasn't sure they'd even sit down to watch it)
and 2) when you told me Randall Tew thanked you for giving $2 to
his customers. We did the post show evaluation last week and your assistance on
the presentations was considered a big highlight and recommended
for all showsusing a divisional presentation model.It was great
working with you again and I'll look forward to next time. |
